Your corporate name will be cleared and/or reserved, required supporting documents will be obtained if necessary. Required forms and sample formats are provided to you at no extra charge.

We will prepare and/or file corporate documents on your behalf. Same day presentation is available in Delaware, New York and other jurisdictions which accept Electronic Filing. Next day service is available in all other states.

Registered agent service is offered in all states through National Registered Agents, Inc. at a very competitive price.

We can provide same day status reports in all jurisdictions. Our experience allows us to inform you of service delays in various states. Good Standing Certificates, Tax Status Letters and other corporate documents are checked for accuracy before they are forwarded to you.

Real Estate

We determine or verify ownership of a particular parcel, provide abstracts or copies of the deed and any open mortgages, judgments or other liens. We provide chain of title searches but do not issue title insurance policies. We will examine deeds and assignments carefully to prevent needless rejection or other problems at the time of recording. We will attempt to verify that proper tax returns and other supporting documentation are included with conveyance documents. Our experience allows us to advise you of particular requirements or problems with recordations in specific jurisdictions.

Cooperative Lien Search

We offer a comprehensive cooperative lien search. We search the seller(s), purchaser(s) and cooperative owners' corporation to reveal any effective financing statements, liens, judgments and bankruptcy proceedings. We verify record ownership of the property and mortgage status. Searches of all parties under the U.S. Patriot Act are also included.

We bill $400 for a full cooperative search plus a disbursement to the Secretary of State.  There is no charge for the first continuation or update.

Our report format is cohesive and easy to understand. If you prefer, the report can be produced on your companies' letterhead. Bridge Service Corp. certifies the results of all cooperative lien reports to a maximum of $50,000. Higher amounts may be available on a case-by-case basis.

Research & Recording

Searches conducted under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code or for tax liens, judgments and litigation are handled quickly and accurately. All documents are reviewed for accuracy and legibility before they are sent to you. Recordings are handled on a next business day basis upon request in all jurisdictions nationwide at no additional fee. We will outline recording date, file number and jurisdictions in a written report and provide the actual acknowledgment or equivalent of each document.

Research and Retrieval services are offered in 4 of the 5 boroughs of New York City (New York, Bronx, Kings & Queens Counties). All federal, state and local courts and agencies are covered. We do not provide court service in Richmond County.

We will conduct research to locate a case; obtain specific documents or report papers regarding ongoing cases. We can purchase Index Numbers or Request for Judicial Intervention on your behalf.

Foreign Document Service

Documents for use in other countries are taken or sent to the appropriate county clerk in NYS where the notary’s signature is authenticated.  They are then taken to the Secretary of State of New York’s office where either an Apostille is applied if the destination country has adopted the Hague Convention on Apostille or a NYS Seal is applied if they have not.  For non-Hague countries, the documents are then sent to Washington where the U.S. Department of State applies further authentication and the consular section of the destination country’s embassy legalizes.
